  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was having a strange problem.  The DOS DIR
  7.                command would not see any files in a directory but NDIR
  8.                would.  NDIR would show the files as having "SW" attributes. 
  9.                However, typing "FLAG *.* SRW" would produce a message "No
  10.                files matching this parameter were found".  Filer could not
  11.                change the file attributes either.

  13. SOLUTION:      Someone had used the HIDEFILE command by mistake, flagging
  14.                all files as hidden.  After running SHOWFILE (or FLAG with
  15.                latest versions) and revealing the files, everything was
  16.                back to normal.  Remember that running NDIR will show all
  17.                files including hidden files.
